Did you know that the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is much more than a tool for exploring preferences, work styles and work relationships? That’s right, it’s also a predictor of stressors and what you need to do to diminish those stressors.

It may have been some time since you last pulled out your MBTI and took a look at your preferences. Doing so now will be worth your time, especially if you want to use your results to diminish stress.
