After a busy and challenging day you choose ice cream, reality TV, a football game, laser tag with the kids, a juicy novel or a relaxing massage. Should you feel guilty?
Whatever you do to release stress and put a smile in your heart is worth it.
Stop feeling guilty. Stop justifying everything as a “guilty pleasure.” Stop, stop, stop.
Just go and do.
