One of the most important things we need to be happy is a sense of control in our lives. This doesn’t mean we have to be controlling.
Wow, how hard it is for all of us to let go of control with projects, kids, decisions and our environment.
Heck, we know best, right?
But letting go of some control doesn’t mean we’re losing all control.

How you react to others.
This breeds happiness.
I’m trying to be very mindful of my internal and external reactions to those around me. I’m trying to understand that letting go of control doesn’t mean I’m losing control.
