The Year of a Mindful Career: Go to Bed With Satisfaction

There’s nothing like feeling good about a hard day’s work. Even if that means thinking, building a fence, leading a team, counseling a student, caring for a loved one or running all your errands. You should go to bed with satisfaction.

If you don’t get all your work done, you still need to go to bed with satisfaction, because you woke up with determination.

That’s half the battle.

Life doesn’t always go as planned. We need to be mindful of this.

It’s okay and you’re okay and it will all be okay.
