There is a golden truth about thought: You are what you think. If you think you’re ill, chances are you will become sick. If you think you’re happy, you will be transformed into that state.
This is a hard concept to grasp because it seems so esoteric, but everyone, including the wealthy and successful, believes it to be true.
I’m trying hard to change the patterns of my thoughts. I’m taking what would normally dwell with me for over two weeks and whittling it down to two days and aiming for two minutes. It doesn’t happen overnight.
